Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • You are the subject matter expert on the global Genesys call centre rollout
  • The configuration and management of call-flows in Genesys Architect including voice- and chat-bots is part of your responsibilities
  • You work with global stakeholders in various countries
  • In addition, you will provide global guidelines and training approaches and conduct training for your colleagues

  • Owning skills at least 3+ years experience with a SaaS call centre solution, preferably Genesys, ability do design, create, and manage call flows and scripts, Basic understanding of IP Phone systems, to manage that aspect in Genesys, Experience with creating voice-bots, chat-bots including training of intentions and utterances, good coordination and stakeholder management skills and customer centricity,
  • Completed studies in computer science, information technology or an equivalent qualification or a comparable professional qualification,
  • Very good English skills (intermediate French skills and German is a plus)
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward,
  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too,
  • Taking education and self-development as a fundamental part of your routine
