IT M&A / PMI (Senior) Project Manager

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • In SGC (Strategy, Security and Governance Communities) Strategy, Portfolio and Planning we aim to be the global and strategic partner of the whole of global DEKRA IT by shaping the global IT strategy, planning and steering the strategic portfolio, ensuring the adoption of DEKRA PM standards, developing organization and people, and shaping and steering communication within the GIIT community.
  • As a project manager with a focus on M&A / PMI topics, you will be directly involved in the global M&A process.
  • From the global IT perspective, you will be in charge of the implementation of M&A IT risk assessments (Due Diligence) and will coordinate resulting PMI projects into the global IT organization.
  • Plan, coordinate and steer M&A IT Due Diligence and PMI projects
  • Actively challenge and adapt the established assessment and reporting processes to increase efficiency
  • Ensure project reporting and result visualization under given methodologies
  • Report on the current IT Due Diligence and PMI activities to global IT management

  • Experience in M&A IT Risk Assessments (Due Diligences) and PMIs
  • Understanding of M&A/PMI processes in general
  • Understanding of international collaboration
  • Fluent communication skills in English language
  • Project management and coordination experience
  • A plus: Knowledge of PowerBI functions and reporting
  • University Degree in Business Administration (preferably with M&A/PMI focus), Business Informatics or alternatively experiences in IT Project Management
  • A profound interest for topics of global M&A/PMI processes
  • Analytic mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to grasp, understand and visualize complex situations and contexts
  • Passion for mastering challenges and thinking out of the box
  • Customer facing experience in whatever context
  • Basic understanding of data-based reporting and visualization (preferent using PowerBI)
  • Organizational skills in structuring of diverse activity streams
  • Ability and experience in working in international teams
  • Advance knowledge or affinity of MS PowerPoint
  • Understanding and design of business processes is a plus

  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too
