IT Infrastructure Solutions Architect

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:

• Manage Global Infrastructure & Operations (further called GIO) Initiatives along their Lifecycle from demand intake until realization start
• Act as a definite authority for GIO Demand Management related questions and be the entrance door for GIO Initiatives
• Classify Demands into their respective category and ensure their accomplishment through our 3 channels Service Request, Change Request or Project Request
• Report to your department management and stakeholders of the GIO Demand Portfolio
• Handover demands to our Project Management Team and ensure the budget, time and scope definition
• Liaise with GIO Solution Architects and gain knowledge to consult for frequently asked questions about GIO available blueprints / solutions 
• Collaborate & regularly align with the Global Demand Management Community across the whole IT
• Manage the Global Infrastructure & Operations demands related governance processes
• Contribute process knowledge to the Global IT Organization and highlight deficits and improvement opportunities

• Good analyst and moderator
• Degree in computer science or business informatics or comparable knowledge [3 years of experience as IT and/or solutions architect]
• Strong interest in IT Demand Management and exposure in the field of IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Fluent in English, (Knowledge of German is an advantage).
• Experiences in one of the three fields: O365/Client Solutions, Datacentre solutions, Managed network solutions
• Experience in SharePoint Online, Power BI, PowerApps, MS Azure is a benefit
• ServiceNow knowledge is a benefit
• Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward
• Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too
• Taking education and self-development as a fundamental part of your routine
