What you will be doing:
Service Contract Management
  • Set-up IT Service contracts with the different DEKRA legal entities
  • Acts as a definite authority for Contract related questions
  • Managers renewals and new onboardings
  • Liaise with legal and finance on future contract changes
ITSM Invoicing
  • Ensures that charging relevant transaction are accurately recorded in the organization as proof of service invoicing
  • Establish and maintain a system to track charging relevant transactions as a basis for charging
  • Collect & prepare invoicing data for transmission to Finance
  • Reports on transactions and charges
  • Managing customer invoice disputes & resolutions
  • Liaise with finance & controlling in regards to charging model and tax compliance
  • Manages contract disputes
  • Liaises with Finance & Controlling in regards to pricing models
  • Maintains pricing information in the Service Catalogue
  • Documents approved pricings and adjusts in Service Catalogue
  • Responsible for subscription and un-subscription of Service offerings
  • Ensures subscription information is passed correctly to invoicing
What makes you the best fitting candidate:
  • Fluent in using MS Excel
  • Ability to work in an international/global team
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Fluent in English & German language
  • Diligent and accurate record keeping
  • Experienced in accounting, especially invoicing, recharging, inter-company processes
  • Experience in project controlling or financial controlling is a benefit
  • SAP or ServiceNow knowledge is a benefit
