Junior IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity L1 Operations Analyst

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • 1st Level Support for Infrastructure Topics (Server, Storage, Network, Cybersecurity)
  • Follow the progress status of the raised incident
  • Monitoring of servers, network components, services, and applications based on the ITSM Tool
  • First-line analyst (provide first support, initial analysis, prioritize & classify, escalate)
  • Restarting of servers, services, and applications based on request or Incidents
  • Execution of software updates/deployments based on Working instructions
  • Activation of 2nd Level Teams to processing of the accumulating Alerts, Incident, Services Request
  • Monitoring and inspecting global cybersecurity alerts to determine those that require further actions
  • Drive internal and external communication
  • Documentation of the performed activities and checking of the knowledge database
  • Participation in Major Incident handling
  • 100% onsite presence required
The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us:
  • Experience with Windows / Linux Servers, Storage Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with ESX / AIX and nice to have would be: Network Components like CISCO Routers / Switches and VMWARE
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward and being ready to work in 24/7 Shifts (12 hours shift work at night and weekends as well)
