Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • You are the subject matter expert for the global MS Teams telephony rollout
  • The configuration and management of online and on-premise solutions such as Microsoft Teams, SIP trunk and SBC is part of your responsibilities
  • The interaction on a technical level with both internal teams and external partner organizations across the variety of telecom/IT based service categories is part of their job description
  • You will work closely with all different service departments - from Service Desk to Operations and other development teams
  • In addition, you will provide global guidelines and training approaches and conduct training for your colleagues

  • Owning skills at least 3+ years experience in managing AudioCodes E-SBC & OVOC, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Teams Admin Centre, experience IP telephony architectures and best practices, knowledge in Alcatel PBX is a plus, basic understanding of PowerShell scripting and basic knowledge in VoIP troubleshooting, Microsoft MS-700 certification – or equivalent experience incl. MS Teams direct routing (MS-700 course completion),
  • Completed studies in computer science, information technology or an equivalent qualification or a comparable professional qualification,
  • Very good English skills (intermediate French skills and German is a plus)

  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too,
