Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • As a PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery of large-scale, complex projects that combine processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance and supports clients for achieving successful project delivery
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the PMO Manager/Department Lead in implementing and maintaining project management processes and standards.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of project management templates, tools, and methodologies.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and managing project risks and issues.
  • Work with project managers and team members to develop mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Support quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
  • Assist in conducting project audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on project status, progress, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure that all international program members have access to all tools and are responsible for on- and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on the operational framework, tools, and collaboration methods within the board

  • Owning skills at least 1 - 3 years’ experience in project coordination or administrative support role, preferably in a PMO environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), previous working experience in Financial Services will be considered a strong plus,
  • Completed studies in in business administration, project management, or related field
  • Very good English skills (German is an additional benefit)
