Software Engineer SAP SuccessFactors / Integration Expert

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • Creation of design concepts to map business requirements and strategic integration of HR applications.
  • Implementation of integrations between HR systems, for example SuccessFactors, SAP on premise, IDM, Learning systems, payroll systems.
  • Implementation of web services
  • Control of the communication to SAP PI / HCI- Extension / modification of Infoporter and the Business Integration Builder
  • Steering of external consultants
  • Subproject management
  • Define and identify integration scope
  • Build up additional interfaces and test
  • Support testing and solve tickets regarding interfaces
  • Support integration issues after go-live
  • Adjust Infoporter and migrate additional data/fields
The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us:
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification
  • Practical experience (+2 years) in configuration, connection and further development of SuccessFactors
  • Experience with OData, (SF-)APIs, CSV integration
  • Good end-to-end HR process know-how
  • Conceptual interface design experiences
  • high degree of “can-do” working attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward
  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too
  • Taking education and self-development as a fundamental part of your routine
