SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • Management of the global IT Infrastructure Harmonization Project Portfolio
  • Define, build, and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains
  • Guiding and coaching the SME team in the following areas:
  • Development of IT Infrastructure Solutions for network, client, and cloud
  • Resource Management of IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio
  • Controlling and reporting, monitoring, and ensuring the successful implementation (content, time, budget) of the infrastructure solutions
  • Consult value added Solution / Project Management processes to Operation.
  • Initiate IT Infrastructure projects to enable global IT harmonization
  • Support business projects for DEKRA customers, Interface to IT Demand Management
  • Reporting to the global IT Management, Steering committees
  • Report to the global IT Infrastructure & Operations Management
  • Ensure architectural, security and economic requirements are aligned
  • Ensure business case, project, time, resource- and financial planning for the program

  • Program Management experience or owning skills with min. 5 years’ experience in managing complex international IT projects, good knowledge of IT Infrastructure services and technologies, good skill of command in communication and reporting on corporate business leadership level, experience with IT program management and methodology, able to mentor and motivate diverse teams to achieve productivity and engagement,
  • Advantage to have one of the certifications like ITIL, CoBiT, IPMA, PMI, QM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Having higher education - studies in IT engineering or a similar field of study, similar fields of experiences
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward
  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too
  • Taking education and self-development as a fundamental part of your routine
  • Thinking that a workplace is not just a place to work, but a social environment as well
