Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • Advising HR departments on the implementation of suitable HR software, including process mapping, creating the design concept, comparing solutions and planning the integration of the solution into the HR system landscape
  • Construction, support, configuration and further development of the existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors with focus in Compensation Management / Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development
  • Technical advice to the specialist department in the analysis and definition of HR processes
  • Management of external consultants
  • Sub-project management
The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us:
  • Owning skills at least 2+ years’ experience in the design, configuration and further development of SuccessFactors, experience in the SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals and Succession & Development, good end-to-end HR process know-how
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification
  • Very good English skills (German is an additional benefit)
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward,
  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too,
  • Taking education and self-development as a fundamental part of your routine
