Salesforce – FSM Technical Architect (& Lead Developer)

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • A Salesforce Technical Architect is usually the most technical role on the project. They must not just hold expert knowledge on the Salesforce platform, but also surrounding technologies that may be integrated into Salesforce. They will ultimately help make the decisions that guide the entire technical direction of the project.
  • Salesforce Technical Architects will usually work for Solution Architects and Product Owners where they will be supporting on the most complex implementations that span multiple Salesforce clouds and integrate into other systems.
  • Holds the responsibility for the technical direction and implementation of the project.
  • Has a deep understanding of Salesforce products, customization, development and integration into other systems.
  • Has experience leading a development team, ensuring best practices in development and integration are adhered to.
  • Can identify risks associated with development, included scalability, performance, or security issues.
  • Understand limitations of the Salesforce platform, especially where large data volumes are concerned.
  • Coach and supervise developers and consultants, advising on development best practices, functional solution architecture and design, environment management, testing and platform education.
    • Act as Lead Developer,
    • Perform quality checks and peer review,
    • Review and approve pull requests.
  • Document technical architecture design analysis work (Confluence).
  • Agile delivery of the user stories in a prioritized manner (by DEKRA PO) within regular sprints and according to overall capacity.
  • Foster and contribute to conception and implementation of DevOps processes and tools based on newest technology stacks.
  • Seek and foster exchange within Salesforce Team.
  • Proactively exchange with and approach Program and System Architect.
The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us:
  • Owning skills 2 - 5 years experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service Management projects, SF Dataloader, Copado, Bitbucket (GIT), JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio Code (or Inellij)
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification,
  • Very good French and English language knowledge
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward,
  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too,
