IT Process Coordinator

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • In SG (Strategy and Governance team) we aim to be the global and strategic partner of the whole of global DEKRA IT by shaping the global IT strategy, planning and steering the strategic portfolio, ensuring the adoption of DEKRA standards, developing organization and people, and shaping and steering communication within the Global IT community
  • As an IT Process Coordinator you will be in charge of the Global IT Process Landscape.
  • You will steer and shape the global approach for process implementation and process-based reporting
  • Steer and shape the implementation of global processes of Global Integrated IT
  • Ensure the attainment of documentation framework according to BPMN
  • Coordinate with process owners, users and stakeholders as well as senior leaders
  • Listen to user requirements and actively strive towards optimization of processes
  • Conduct periodic process reviews and mapping based on needs
  • Organize workshops with the aim to optimize existing processes and map new needs
The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us:
  • Owning skills with min. 3 years’ experience in the field of process management, business process modelling, or BPMN
  • Experience with IT process landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Having higher education - University Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or Business Informatics or alternatively first experiences in IT or other customer facing projects
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. collaboration is essential to move forward
  • Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too
  • Demonstrating curiosity by engaging with existing structures and stakeholders with an open mind and a critical perspective, to understand and identify opportunities for improvement.
