Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
  • Collaborate in the design, deployment, and ongoing support of SD-WAN solutions across global environments.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 1st-level technical support and provide on-site troubleshooting as needed.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base (KB) documentation to support first-level and on-site technical teams.
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide after-hours support for critical issues.
  • Travel as required to support SD-WAN implementation.

  • Owning skills at least 2 years relevant work experience, minimum of CCNA or equivalent network certification required, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist Certification (ECMS) is a plus, strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Very good English skills
