Are you passionate about cloud technologies and eager to build a career in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure? We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy trainee to join our IT team and gain hands-on experience in managing and supporting VDI environments, with a focus on Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, learn industry best practices, and contribute to real-world projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of RDSH and AVD environments.
  • Monitor virtual desktop performance and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Support the implementation of security and compliance policies within the VDI infrastructure.
  • Participate in patch management, updates, and system optimization tasks.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-user computing needs.

  • Ongoing studies in computer science or business informatics
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts, interest in cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) are a bonus.
  • English knowledge is a must have
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
